- Make sure to log in via the link "https://members.enex.lu" and NOT via the initial activation link or the old portal
- Did you try on another browser? If the credentials work, you face a local "cached login credentials" issue. (Browser auto-complete replacing the new credentials with previous credentials! More likely with shared accounts and after resets)
- The credentials check is "case sensitive". Make sure, you enter the codes "exactly" as you created.
- Check your SPAM / JUNK folder if you didn't receive automatic notifications after sending your registration or password reset form.
